RE: Address Correction
Dear Mr. Casotti:
When your �-Iomestead application was received by the City, it was discovered that you are using
an incorrect address. W}len the land your i�ome is on was subdivided, the City assigr,ed the
address #2590 Fox Street. The address was determined by City staff to meet the Hennepin
Counry Grid S}'stem. All City records and He�nepin County Tax Records show your acldress
as 2590 Fox Street. When David Ostreim constructed a house on the property, for some reason
he decided he would use 2�50 Fox Street. Thc Cit�� had many discussions with Mr. Ostreim
on this issue anci our records show that on Au�ust 1, 1991 lle agreed to use tlle proper assigned
address.
It is very important that the proper address is used in case of an emergency so police, fire aild/or
ambulance can locate the property without delay and also so there is no confusion in processin�
tax records and other documents. If you have aily questions, please feel free to contact me at
