RE: Wetland delineation review at 2420 Fox St, Orono
I have completed review of the wetland delineation
performed at 2420 Fox St, Orono, Hennepin County,
Minnesota. The site is contained within one parcel with
the following Property Identification Number (PID) 04-
117-23-41-0005. I have reviewed the wetiand delineation
report, which was verified in the field on October 10,
2006. With moving of flags 1-4, 1-5, and 1-6 on Basin 1
three feet upslope, the wetland boundaries as staked in
the field and submitted in the survey of the existing
conditions from October 9, 2006, acceptable.
A project may require a Minnehaha Creek Watershed
District (MCWD) approved permit. Any project disturbing
at least 5,000 square feet or excavation of at least 50
cubic feet of soil would require an MCWD Rule B,
Erosion Control permit. If you have any questions
regarding our permitting requirements please feel free to
