APPROVING THE PLAT OF
� MAJESTIC SPRUCE ADDITION
FILE NO. 08-3385 .
WI�EREAS,the City of Orona is a municipal corparation ar�anized and existing
under the�aws of thc State of Minnesata; and
WHEREAS, the Ciry Council of the City of Orono (hcreinaficr "City Councii")
has adopted subdivision and land developmcnt reo lations far the orderly, economic and safe
develagrnent of land within the City; and
WHEREr�S, tine City Council has considered the application by Wiliiam G.
Robinson (hereinafler the "Subdivider") iar subdivision of property located at 50� Wiilow Drive
South and legaliy described as:Lot $Auditor's Subdivision No. 229,Hennepin County,Minnesota
(hereinaf�er"the Property"); and -
WHEREAS, on Sept-mber 22, 2008, the City Council adopted Resolution l�o.
577t �antingpreliminary plat approval ior the pmpQsed two lot residendal subdivision; and

�'IiEREAS, the Subdivider has complcted tnc following requirements of the
pEatting regulations of the Cit��;
1. Payment to the City of nnal p;at review fces and legaI review and nting rees.
2. Provision to the Cit}�of a title opinion ior the Property and c�rtified copies of atl re�orded
easements currentiy affecting the Property.

3. Inclusion on ihe plat ofDrainage,and Drainage and Utitity Easrrnents and right of way for
Fox Street as required in Resoyution No. 5771 . I

WHEREAS,tne Subdivider has agreed to comp}ete the foltowing requirernents of �
� the platting rcaulations of the City:

� Resotution No. 3771, the City Counci3 of the City of Orono does h�reby appmve thc plat of '.
; Nfa}estic Spruce Addition, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A, subj�ct to the follawing ,

j Attarney, City Planner and City Engineer that all requirements of fne ptatting regutations ,
' have been satisfied and that the Minnchaha Creek Watershed District has gcanted

canaitional approval of any req�ired permit(s).
� 2. Thc aforesaid plat shall be filed witn F�rnnepin County on o:before April 2Q,2009 together ,
with � certified original cogy of this resolution and execvted copies of the easement and
�' cav�nants pertinent thereto.

The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the condi#ions of this
; Resolution havc nat b�n met vr the plat has not been iiled by the date specined abov�. In that
