Dear Mr. Lundberg:
It has come to the attention of this office that you are in
the process of building retaining wal�s on your property.
This letter is to inform you that a building permit is
required for the construction of retaining walls over 42" and
engineering is required for walls 48" and over. You must
therefore stop work until a permit is issued. Please fi11 out
the enclosed permit application and return it and the required
submittals as soon as possible.

Dear Mr. Lundberg:
On January 4, 1991 and October 29, 1991 this office notified you of
the requirement for a building permit for retaining walls being
constructed on your property. You were ordered to stop work and
obtain a building permit before work continued.
As of this date, a permit has not been issued. It now appears a deck
has also been constructed or reconstructed without a building permit.
You are again ordered to stop work and obtain a building permit before
December 2, 1991. If this deadline is not met, the City will issue
citations and refer the matter to the City Attorney for further legal
action. If you have any questions or if you have a problem meeting
this deadline, please feel free to contact me at my office.
