A site evaluation was completed on this property for a proposed 5
bedroom home. This site originally had a five bedroom home that was
destroyed in a fire. The existing septic system was abandoned.
Soil probing found 1 site which will only support approximately a 3
bedroom home, there is no area available for an alternate site. The
potential buyer is the neighboring property to the east. It may be
possible to have enough area for a 5 bedroom home by moving her lot
line. There is not enough area on the east property for an alternate
site due to slopes of 18% to 25%.
We are looking for approval to continue evaluating the site for new
construction having only 1 septic site.
Thank You
Steven B. Schirmers
