SUBJECT: Waiver request for wetland at 2240 Fox Street
Dear Mr. Homuth,
The City of Orono is requesting a waiver from DNR permit requirements for the entire wetland
located at 2240 Fox Street, 27-862W. Orono requests its release from DNR regulations per
regulations of MN Code 6115.0250. Wetland 27-862W would then fall under the regulations of
the Wetland Conservation Act (WCA). The WCA regulating body for the City of Orono is
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. Our contact person with this agency is District Technician
