Dear Mr. Krantz:
Per you request I have reviewed the Flood Insurance Rate Map(Community Panel No.270178-0005
C, Effective Date 10-17-78) and compared it with the City's topographic maps as well as with the
Draft City of Omn�C„rface��Vater Management Plan. Your property abuts the creek extending from
Long Lake to Tanager Lake. The 100-year flood elevation for the creek as it passes your property
is estimated at elevation 930.6'. The attached topographic maps indicate the grade adjacent to your
residence structure as well as that adjacent to your outbuildings is at least 942',or 11'-plus above the
100 year flood elevation. I would therefore conclude that your structures are within Flood Zone C,
areas of minimal or no flooding.
