The City is in receipt of your building permit application which was received by this office
on August 5�h. You have submitted plans and copies of the preliminary plat survey dated
6/13/07. The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to
be considered complete and for the plan review to continue:
Certificate of Survey. Please provide an updated survey for 1880 Fox Street indicating
the following:
1. The proposed addition.
2. Proposed grading.
