Dear Lyle,
I am writing to inform you that the Building Firm of Aulik & Luloff. Inc. has taken over as the
General Contractor for work to be performed at 1820 Fox Street in the city of Orono. Per
our conversation today we will continue to do demolition work such as removing of finishes,
mechanical in the lower level, lead and/or asbestos abatement, demo of interior partition
walls, etc. Upon completion of the design and construction documents Aulik & Luloff, Inc.
will submit for a building permit and pay appropriate fees. The most efficient way of
communicating with our office during normal business hours is to call 928-9262 and ask for
myself, Eric Peterson. Should I not be available, leave a detailed message with our phone
answering service and I will respond immediately. The following are other pertinent names
