Pumgout not needed at this Nme The septic system is non-compliant due to a lack of a three foot separation distance between the bottom of the drainfield to the seasonally high watertable. The three foot requirement is a State Code,not a City Code. A soil boriug was conducted to determine the depth of the seasonally watertable. The septic sy�stem must be replaced by December 31, 2004.
