Dear Mr. Macke:
This letter is to inform you that the Ciry of Orono and A1 Hanser have agreed to enter into a
cooperative effort to construct a holding pond in an area that is near or adjacent to your
property.
The schedule of events will be that Sutherland's Nursery will begin tree and brush removal
immediately. John Schoening Excavating will begin snow removal to allow the frost to penetrate
deeper. Once that is accomplished the actual digging of the pond will begin. The soil from the
digging will be placed on the outside of the pond area and left there until it is dry, sometime
during the early summer the soil will be graded and seeded.
There should not be any disruption in service or access to your property other than you being
able to see the activity.
