! �► <br /> �/� �� <br /> � <br /> O � O <br /> �b. - � CITY of ORONO <br /> � - �''' <br /> ti <br /> '�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ���kESH�4�G NO. 318 7 <br /> A RESOLIITION APPROVING THB PLAT OF <br /> HANSER ADDITION <br /> APPLICATION NO. 1743 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br /> land within the City; and <br /> WHERBAS, the City Council has considered the subdivision <br /> application for a 3 lot plat by S. Albert D. Hanser (also known as Albert <br /> D. Hanser) and Sally Dodge Hanser, husband and wife, (hereinafter "the <br /> subdividers" ) ; <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of <br /> the RR-1B Rural Residential zoning district, on-site septic ordinance of <br /> the City and Ordinance No. 101, Second Series, an ordinance establishing <br /> regulations for the management of shorelands within the City, finding that <br /> each lot is of a size and configuration that will allow the continued use <br /> or the development of single family residential use without the need of <br /> any variances; and <br /> WHSREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> l. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 3140 , the <br /> resolution granting preliminary approval of the 3 lot plat. <br /> 2 . Dedication on the plat of right-of-way for a public road shown as <br /> Fox Street. <br /> 3. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation easement <br /> providing for limitiations on the use of wetland areas and <br /> drainageways described therein and shown on the plat as drainage <br /> easements. <br /> 4 . Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements . <br /> 5. The on-site septic manager has confirmed the removal of the <br /> accessory structure that was located between the shared lot lines <br /> of Lots 1 and 2. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
