I have begun to review your permit application for 1685 Fox street. I need the proposed plans to be shown on a
certificate of survey. There is a Manage 1 classification wetland on the property requiring a 35' buffer and a 20' structural
setback from the buffer. The wetland edge should be delineated on the survey for the purpose of setback measurement.
Additionally, the survey submitted should conform to all of the City's current survey requirements (attached).
