Mike, due to the proximiry of the proposed sport court to the mound septic system I am going to require
that a structurally sound fence, wooden snow fence, chain link, etc. be installed to protect the mound
from construction traffic. The upslope edge of the alternative mound site should also be protected from
traffic.
The runoff from the sport court will also need to be directed away from mound system when final grade
