I have reviewed the revised survey dated received 10/25/12. The survey submitted addresses my comments from 10/19
and I have signed off on the permit.

Melanie,
I have reviewed the permit for the proposed garage at 1380 Fox St and have the following comments:
• The survey does not show how the grading around the garage is going to change.
• The existing grades show water will drain to the neighboring property. It should be managed on their property
and not directed onto the neighboring property.
• There is a sanitary sewer in the rear yard of this property. It needs to be shown on the survey and any
easements associated with it also.
• The survey needs to show where the erosion control measures will be installed.

1380 Fox Street and has the following comments. Please have your surveyor address the items below and
submit two updated surveys so our review of the detached garage can continue.
