My name is Steve Bader and I am an attorney for Lee's Custom Decks and Remodeling. Recently, Lee's submitted a
building permit application for 4460 Forest Lake Landing.This project involves the construction of a new deck on the
property.The property owner is a man named Tom Barta.
Lee's intends to apply for a variance for this project, and I have located what I understand to be the variance application
materials on the City website. However, I want to speak with you before I submit these materials to ensure that all
