4460 Forest Lake Landing
On November 2, 2015 the City received an as-built survey and as-built hardcover calculations for 4460 Forest Lake
Landing. A site inspection was conducted on November 3, 2015. The inspector noted there is an improved 4' x 4'
landing at the bottom of the stairs which is not shown on the survey. Also, item J on the hardcover calculations refer
to loose laid flagstone,but the survey does not indicate where this is located. A partial copy of the survey and hardcover
calculations are enclosed.
The property is at the maximum allowed hardcover of 25%, therefore the 4' x 4' landing must be removed. The City
continues to hold $2,500 in escrow in conjunction with this project. After the landing has been removed and the area
revegetated, please contact us for an inspection. Once the inspection is finalized the escrow money will be refunded.

On September 24, 2015 we received a copy of a survey dated 4-10-14 with your notations that it is an
"as-built survey". This is not acceptable. Please submit an as-built survey certified by a registered land
surveyor with as-built hardcover calculations. Once we have reviewed and approved the as-built survey
and hardcover calculations we will refund the $2,500 currently held in escrow.
