According to City Code Section 78-1403 (copy attached) lots under 2 <br /> acres in size are limited to 15% structural coverage. According to our review and based on the <br /> hardcover information provided the current structural coverage level on the property is 15.3%. <br /> With the addition of the new deck and stairs the proposed structural coverage is 17.6%. <br /> We are unable to approve this permit. I will submit a request to the finance department to <br /> refund the advance plan review that was paid on April 21, 2014.
