We note no conflict with the conditions of a�proval set forth in Resolution No. 3375. The structure will be in the approximate footprint of the original house presented during the variance review. Based on the hardGover excesses, you will also follow through with the installation of a treatment facility for runoff from structure. As we have yet to revie�v the final working plans for the new construction, we cannot comment on any other possible violation of codes.
