We note no conflict with the conditions of <br /> a�proval set forth in Resolution No. 3375. The structure will be in the approximate footprint <br /> of the original house presented during the variance review. Based on the hardGover excesses, <br /> you will also follow through with the installation of a treatment facility for runoff from <br /> structure. <br /> As we have yet to revie�v the final working plans for the new construction, we cannot comment <br /> on any other possible violation of codes.
