I did talk with Melanie to see where your application stood.
Per my discussion with her there are still some items missing from your application.
1. A signed escrow agreement.
2. A revised set of plans/survey including contour lines. (If you have not asked Mr. Gronberg to revise your
survey yet, please include the changes we discussed and the driveway plan attached)
3. A permit and plans for the proposed pillars.
Couple of engineer updates for you since we talked last:
1. I did talk with your neighbor in 4440 and have a plan that will work for access to his property. Please see
attached. After discussion with our city administrator and your neighbor I think the best way forward is to leave
the pavers depicted on the attached rather than placing asphalt.
2. I know you talked with Tim, our Streets Supervisor, about the dead tree in the right of way. We will contract to
have it remove no later than March. We need to bring in a bucket truck which we do not have in order to take
the tree down in chunks as we do not want to damage anything around it. I'd want to make sure we get it out
prior to you pulling up any of the pavers.
Respectfully,
Adam Edwards
Adam T.
