Dear Mr. Meakins:
This letter is to notify you that you are in violation of the Orono Zoning Ordinance. It has been
determined that a trailer owned by you bearing the license plate number CFT7822 is being stored
at the property directly adjacent to 920 Forest Arms Lane. This is in violation of Orono Zoning
Code, Section 10.61, Subdivision 13:
"Exterior Storage in "R" Districts. In all "R" Districts, all mobile materials and equipment
shall be stored within a building or fully screened so as not to be visible from adjoining
properties except boats and unoccupied trailers less than 20 feet in length, which are not
stored for commercial purposes, if stored to the rear of the house and a distance of 10 feet
or more from any property line."
The trailer must be removed from the property and stored according to the above conditions by
