The underground heat ducts were contaminated with water, sand and mud. It has been my experience on other leaking underground systems that the typical remedy is to discontinue its use and to replace it with overhead duct work. To attempt to clean out the dirt and mold and to disinfect is a very difficult task on underground ducts. Please contact me if I can be of further assistance. Sincerely, Q -- °° .
