Dear Shawn:
We need you to get a pernut for the furnace change out at 860 Forest Arms Lane. Please return the
enclosed application and provide furnace calcs by April 1, 1996. It appears the furnace and/or fan
may be oversized, causing the furnace to blow right past the zone dampers when the basement zone
calls for heat.
After you get the application in, I would like to meet on-site to inspect the installation. I will be on
vacation until the 1 st of April. I look forward to getting this resolved.
