Dear Mr. Oman,
Last summer (June or July) we took out a permit to install a large pool in our
back-yard. Due to a number of different issues that came up while we were
working on the project we decided to not to install the pool. Once the weather
becomes suitable we will complete the process of putting our yard back in its
original condition. We would appreciate it you would update your records with
