The tent is not the main area of the party. The tent provides an entryway into the garage and house and acts as an "extra room" or an extension of 2/3 of the garage. There will be no seating and two smali high top tables. There will be no side on the tent where it butts up against the open garage (there will be open space between). There will be sides on the two 30 ft. sides and on the side facing north, there will be sides but with a door opening. The garage has an additional 3`d stall that will not have a tent in front of it which may be considered an exit? There is also a service door in the garage which leads outside. There will be no cooking or fires and if there are any smokers at the event we can have a designated smoking area with safe cigarette disposal on the west side of the house. How many people do they expect to have in the test? Is there any seating? What is the tent being used for? I need these questions answered so we can make sure they have the correct number of exits. This is only if the tent will have sides down. If the sides are up then everything is good. They are not allowed to cook, smoke or have any open flames in the tent or within 20 feet of the tent.
