Based on the survey information and topography available to the City of Orono it is determined the
building site on the property located at 835 Forest Arms Lane(PID 07-1 17-23 12 0012)is above the
regulatory flood elevation of 931.5'.
City records indicate the house was constructed in 1986 and most recently an addition was
constructed in 1993. Attached are a 1993 site survey and a contour map indicating the approximate
ground elevations on the property. The topography indicates an approximate first floor elevation of
95T.
