MCWD is aware that you're working to fulfill our permitting requirements, however it is part of our standard procedure to issue incomplete letters when additional materials are needed. If you choose to stabilize your shoreline exclusively with native plantings, a wetland delineation report will not be required. If a wetland delineation report is completed,we will provide you with the next steps of the process. The application was received on June 23, 2016. After review of the application materials submitted, additional information is required to complete the application and is outlined below. Based on the additional information needed, the application is incomplete. Please submit the following items to complete the application: 1. Complete wetland delineation report, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Board of Water and Soil Resources, for any wetland (s) that will be impacted. The report must be approved by the WCA Local Government Unit, which is the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. a. Additional submittals will be required if the wetland delineation report identifies a wetland within the proposed project location. Review of your application will commence once it is complete. As we review your submittals, we may find the need to request additional information, and will so inform you. Please be advised that MCWD will retain the application and supporting materials submitted for one year from July 14, 2016. After that, the application will be closed and a new application and supporting materials will need to be submitted to initiate the MCWD permit-review process.
