I've reviewed the as built for the subject property focusing on the pool area (Sheet 2 of 2) and off the following
comments.
1. The as built appears to be in keeping with the approved plan.
2. An inspector should conduct a site visit and confirm the following:
a. The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground.
b. The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed.
