RE: MCWD Permit 16-030: 3800 Casco Ave, Orono
Dear Applicant,
The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD) has inspected your site for compliance with the
MCWD permit requirements. Based on our inspection at the above mentioned location,the following
was observed and recorded on September 6th, 2016:
• Sediment tracking along Casco Ave;
• Non-functioning sediment control along the south and southeastern perimeter;
• Uncontained stock pile along the eastern perimeter and;
• Non-functioning rock construction entrance.
MCWD requests that the following corrective actions are taken:
• Regularly sweep all sediment off of the street;
• Repair and install additional sediment control along the project perimeter;
• Install functioning perimeter control along the eastern stock pile and;
• Install additional crushed rockforthe construction entrance
To avoid formal enforcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, please implement
the above mentioned corrective actions by Monday,September 12th 2016.
