Robert Brook has applied for wetland boundaty&type approval for the wetlands located at 1165
Ferndale Rd W in the City of Orono(PID 0211723430026). The parcel is split by Ferndale Road West.
Only the wetlands located west of Ferndale Road W were delineated.
A wetland delineation was conducted by Svoboda Ecological Resources on November 1, 2011.A
complete delineation report was submitted on October 10,2014. Two wetlands were delineated on site.
Wetland 1 was classified as a Type 3 Shallow Mai•sh. Wetland 2 was described as a Type 3 Shallow
Marsh.
The boundaries will be reviewed in the field by MCWD staff.
2. APPLICATION REVIEW AND DECISION
Signing and mailing of this completed form to the appropriate recipients in accordance with 8420.0255, Subp.3
provides notice that an application was made to the LGU under the Wetland Conseivation Act as specified above.
A copy of the application is attached. Comments can be submitted to:
