The parcel is split by Ferndale Road West. Only the wetlands located west of Ferndale Road W were delineated. A wetland delineation was conducted by Svoboda Ecological Resources on November 1,2011. A complete delineation report was submitted on Octobet• 10, 2014.Two wetlands were delineated on site. MCWD staff conducted a site visit to review the wetland boundary on October 20, 2014. MCWD was in agreement with the wetland boundary flagged in the field. Wetland 1 was classified in the delineation repoi�t as a Type 3 Shallow Marsh. MCWD is in agreement with this classification. Wetland 2 was described as a Type 3 Shallow Marsh in the delineation report. Wetland 2 is wooded fringe of Lake Minnetonka(DNR Public Water#27-133-02). Wetland 2 would be better classified as a Type 1 Floodplain Forest. MCWD approves the wetland boundary as delineated in the field and documented in the delineation report.This decision is valid for five years. In addition to any conditions specified by the LGU, the approval of a Wetland Re�lacement Plan is conditional upon the following: ❑Financial Assurance: For project-specific replacement that is not in-advance,a financial assurauce specified by the LGU must be submitted to the LGU in accordance with MN Rule 8420.0522, Subp. 9 (List amount and type in LGU Findings). ❑Deed Recording:For project-specific replacement,evidence inust be provided to the LGU that the BWSR "Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants" and "Consent to Replacement Wetland" forms have been filed with the county recorder's o�ce in which the replacement wetland is located. ❑ Credit Withdrawal: For replacement consisting of wetland bank credits,confirmation that BWSR has withdrawn the credits from the state wetland bank as specified in the approved replacement plan. Wetlands may not be impacted until all applicable conditions have been met!
