The council waived the connection cha�ge for the property as the applicant has to pay an equivalent amount to extend
the sewer main to near his property so he can connect.
We have an escrow for the project but that is it so far.

I have that permit up here ready for you to approve for 2801 Fox Street.
The notes in the computer say that this property opted out of the Sewer Project and that the owners would have to�a
the large assessment before bein�able to hook up.
You haven't received a check for this yet have you? One this check comes in we will need to mark that information into
Permit Works.
Also, Ernie said he needed to talk to you about this project. Here is Ernie's#612-490-0115.
