M ike,
There was a permit issued October 12, 2013 for Charles Truwit at 1105 Ferndale Road North, Orono. I'm not entirely sure
what the permit covers at this point(I'll need to look at the documents), but Megan at Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
(952-641-4532) noted that the permit dealt with a rain garden and initial plans for a single family home. She said that since
the plan has changed,we need to send them updated plans in order to get a revised permit. The existing permit on file is good
for a year,so if construction continued for longer than that,we would need to request a renewal. It's not clear as of now if this
timeframe would change if we reapply for a permit with revised plans. Megan is going to send me PDFs of what she has on
file. I'll pass them along as soon as I get them.

Melanie,
Attached is the MCWD permit. I need to send them current drawings to verify that nothing has
changed enough to re-submit. I will let you know if that is the case, but this permit is still active
until October, 2013.
