I'm not entirely sure what the permit covers at this point(I'll need to look at the documents), but Megan at Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (952-641-4532) noted that the permit dealt with a rain garden and initial plans for a single family home. She said that since the plan has changed,we need to send them updated plans in order to get a revised permit. The existing permit on file is good for a year,so if construction continued for longer than that,we would need to request a renewal. It's not clear as of now if this timeframe would change if we reapply for a permit with revised plans. Megan is going to send me PDFs of what she has on file. I'll pass them along as soon as I get them. Pat 1 ♦ k -.
