Skarp and was part of a lager parcel, being Lot 12 of North
Shore cottage Acres . The quit claimed this portion to Albert B.
Austin and Glen M. Dye, in 1951, by quit claim deed recorded in
' Book 2370 of Deeds, page 498 as Document No. 3380892 . There were
no further recordings concerning this parcel until 1993 when
Henry Millard Skarp deeded all of Lot 12 to the trustee of the
Henry Millard Skarp Trust, without excepting out the smaller
parcel previously deeded to Austin and Dye. It is now necessary
to obtain deeds from Henry Millard Skarp, Trustee of the Henry
Millard Skarp Trust, and from Albert B. Austin and Glen M. Dye,
and their spouses if any. A certificate of trust for the Henry
Millard Skarp Trust and an affidavit of trustee must also be
� recorded. conveyance of this small parcel will cause a tax
parcel split, and approval of the tax parcel split must be
� obtained from the appropriate county office (s) prior to closing.
