Dear Mr. McDowell:
It would have been helpful if your letter of April 14, 1992 would
have advised of an approximate location on Browns Bay of the
property where these many arrivals and departures take place.
The Police Department had no record of receiving complaints
regarding helicopter use in the area. Browns Bay residents
contacted during staff' s inspection reported that one neighbor
used a helicopter daily for transport to his business. None were
aware of a recent intensification in use.
If the property at 1325 Shoreline Drive is not the area where you
have noted the intensification in helicopter use, please advise.
