Dear Mr. Brooks:
This letter is regarding the pump station that is located on your property. A recent inspection by our Public
Works Department revealed that you are dumping leaves and brush on the pump station. We need to
keep that area open in case there is a problem with the pump station, so we can have quick access to it.
This pump station serves your residence so the quicker we can get to it, the quicker service will be
restored to your property. Please discontinue the placing of leaves and brush over the pump station
immediately.
