Lyle,
The information I received from Harlan regarding the church reconstruction project is the
same foundation is being used. To my understanding there will not be a change in
impervious surface or any substantial grading (less then 50 cu. Yd. or 5, 000 sq. ft. ) and
no impacts to the wetland so a watershed district permit will not be trigged.
