The property addressed 3630 Eileen Street is located in the LR-1A zonin�district. Principal structure setbacks are 50 feet
from the front and rear and 30 feet from the side. Detached or accessory structures have setback requirements
dependent upon the zoning district the property and the size of the structure. Attached is our Accessory Structure
information sheet.
Attached is a partial copy of a survey dated 1-19-1978 from our street file.
The property is located in Tier 2 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District which means 30%of the gross area of the lot
can be covered in hardcover. I've attached the City's Hardcover Information Packet for your reference.
According to our wetland map, it appears there is a wetland within the subject property. If the wetland is within 150
feet of the proposed project a wetland delineation will be required. The City of Orono requires a 35 foot setback from
any wetland for structures and hardcover, the delineated edge of the wetland must be indicated on a survey.
The accessory structure cannot be located forward of home (between the home and Eileen Street). Also, there must be
at least a 10 feet distance between the home and the accessory structure.
