I left a message on your zoning dept. phone regarding 3630 Eileen St.
after talking with Lyle. He told me you were going to have to answer the questions I was asking. I thought I
would send you e-mail regarding my questions as well. So I looked you up on the cities web-site.
My first question was if the $2500.00 Escrow amount paid by our customer last year for a Dettached Garage
that we had built for him could also cover proposed new addition? I believe that this original Escrow amount
has not yet been refunded due to fact that existing grade has not yet been restored.
My second question is regarding the existing survey. As you can see in the attached survey, I have shown the
location of the new proposed room addition. Also I have changed the existing and proposed hardcover square
footage as well. Does our customer need to have survey updated or will what I have shown be adequate for
building permit application?
For your information as well, I have submitted this same survey to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District for
their approval as of this morning.
Please advise as soon as possible. I am hoping to apply for our building permit on Thursday 4/9/15.
