We have a cabin at 360 Big Island. We have had it since 1999 and we are considering options.
What are the requirements for building or remodeling? I would guess the entire cabin is within 75' of the lake. I assume
the city or some other governing body have requirements for existing structures and new structures.
Please send me any information you can or let me know where I can find this information.
