This allowed period of time expired <br /> last June and the building remains yet today. <br /> The City of Orono will now require that the guest house and garage be torn down and <br /> removed, the driveway taken up and removed with the entrance to Ferndale discontinued, <br /> and the septic system serving the guest house be pumped out, lids crushed and the tanks <br /> backfilled with dirt. These were conditions placed on your conditional use permit for the <br /> guest house when granted by the Orono City Council. The demolition and removal of the <br /> above mentioned items are to be accomplished by June 30, 2006. This will have given <br /> you one full year to comply with the conditions set forth. <br /> If the work has not been completed by June 30, 2006 the City of Orono will arrange for <br /> the required work to be done and recover the costs from you or assess the property in <br /> order to recover the costs, as the City determines is in its best interests. This is per the <br /> agreement you signed with the City on January 8, 2003.
