During both Items 3 and 4, the Planning Commission will have a
discussion about what are appropriate conditions.
Feuss indicated she does not want the Planning Commission to be influenced on Item No. 3 by the fact
that there is an outstanding application.
Gaffron stated he does not have a preference either way.
.
It was the consensus of the Planning Commission to hear Item No. 4 before Item No. 3.
 Page 1
