RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

` A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
I
WHEREAS , the City Engineer and City Staff have �
recommended to the City Council the City of Orono, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, that the streets hereinafter described should
, be designated as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions �
y of Minnesota Law.
� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
' the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota , that the streets
� described as follows, to-wit:

be, and hereby are established, located and c7esignated as
Municipal State Aid streets of said City, subject to the approval
of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FDRTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this
resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his
consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of
said road, the same be constructed, improved and maintained as a
• Municipal �State Aid Street of the City of Orono to be numbered
and known as a Municipal State Aid Street as indicated above.
Adopted this 27th day of April, 1992.
