� RESOLDTION
APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE-AID FiJNDS
- TO C.S.A.H. 15
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for
the City of Orono to participate in the cost of a construction
project located on C.S.A.H. 15 within the limits of said
municipality, and
WHFRRAS� said construction project has been approved by
the Department of Highways and identified in its records as
S.A.P. No. 152-020-06.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of
Orono, Minnesota that we do hereby appropriate from our Municipal
State-Aid Street Funds the sum of $165,253.00 to apply toward the
. construction of said project and request the Commissioner of
Highways to approve this authorization.
Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 26th day of
May, 1992.
