A R$SOLDTION DIRECTING TH$
CITY ENGINE$R TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE RECONSTRIICTION �
OF LEAF STREET
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WH$REAS, the City of Orono has within its boundaries.
certain streets that are considered Municipal State Aid streets
(MSA) ; and
WH$REAS, Leaf Street from Bayside Road to Watertown
Road is designated in the MSA system and is in need of an upgrade
to 9 ton axle weight and MSA street standards.
� NOW, TH$R$FORE, BE IT R13SOLVED that the Orono Counci 1
does hereby direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and
specifications for that section of Leaf Street.
Adopted by the� City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held this 8th day of June, 1992.
