HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 3018• CITY of ORONO RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL NO. 3018 A RESOLUTION APPROVING METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR NINA WILDMAN FILE NO. 1675 WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of the lot line rearrangement by Nina Wildman (hereinafter "the subdivider") of properties located at 560 Sussex Circle and 3045 Sussex Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and legally described as follows: Lots 3 and 6, Block 2, Fox Bend, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property") , and WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the City for metes and bounds subdivision for division and combination purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for Nina Wildman as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated July 23, 1991, revised August 26, 1991 and attached to this resolution, subject to the following conditions: 1. Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of Orono, the subdivider shall legally combine for tax purposes Parcels B and C as described in the above noted survey. 2. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder's office on or before March 9, 1992 together with a certified original copy of this resolution. 3. A drainage and utility easement 5' either side of the new lot line shall be granted by the applicant. 0 Page 1 of 2 • s 0 O O \ ES14 CITY of ORONO RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL NO. 3018 The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the division has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file anew application with the City of Orono for subdivision review. Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, this 9th day/,of September, 1991.
