RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION # 3082
A RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR
UPGRADE OF WILLOW DRIVE FROM HIGHWAY 12 TO COUNTY ROAD 6
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, the City of Orono has designated certain roads in
the City as Municipal State Aid Roads (MSA), and
WHEREAS, Willow Drive from Highway 12 to County Road 6 is
designated in the MSA System and is in need of upgrade to 9 ton axle
weight standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council does
hereby direct the City Engineer to prepare a feasibility study of that
section of Willow Drive from Highway 12 to County Road 6.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono at a
regular Council meeting on February 10, 1992.
