RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
NO. 3083
A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE THAT
PART-TIME POSITIONS HELD BY
JOHN SCHOENHOFF AND SCOTT BORIS
ARE THOSE OF POLICE OFFICERS
WHEREAS, the Public Employees Retirement Association
Police and Fire Fund excludes part-time police officers unless a
resolution is adopted by the governing body to establish
eligibility for coverage in the Police and Fire Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota that effective
Febraury 11, 1992, the positions John Schoenhoff and Scott Boris
hold are those of police officers as defined in Minnesota
Statutes, Section 353.64, Subdivision 2, pursuant to which said
employees shall become members of the Public Employees Retirement
Association Police and Fire Fund.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held February 10, 1992.
