HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 3094CITY of ORONO RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL NO. 3094 A RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR THE PLAT, CRYSTAL CREEK, APPLICATION NO. 1457 WHEREAS, on April 8, 1991, the City Council of the City of Orono adopted Resolution No. 2948 granting preliminary approval of a plat proposed by applicant, Alan G. Carlson, involving the property located at 3140 Watertown Road; and WHEREAS, the effective period of preliminary plat approval expires one year after the adoption of Resolution No. 2948, such expiration date being April 8, 1992; and WHEREAS, the applicant has advised Council that he is unable to fulfill the conditions of preliminary plat approval until the issue of the option of a southern bypass for the Highway 12 improvement is resolved; and WHEREAS, applicant has demonstrated a substantial financial commitment during the review of the preliminary subdivision application. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono that the effective period of preliminary plat approval for Alan G. Carlson's proposed plat known as Crystal Creek involving the property located at 3140 Watertown Road as approved per the conditions of Resolution No. 2948 originally adopted April 8, 1991-, is hereby extended to April 8, 1993.
